This is an absolutely stunnign photograph of a Pekin Robin. These mysterious little birds are very shy, and the artist was very lucky to get this shot.

The clarity in his feathers is simply to die for. If you look at his eyes, you can see every little feathered eyelash in stunning clarity. Also you can see all the detail around his primary wing feathers, and the detail in his body fluff. The colours are wonderful, and go very well with the background.

The background is uncluttered, and I like that about this image. While I would have liked to see a little more of this little fellow, the artist did a very good job of capturing his character, and his little spirit.

Very nice photo.
